How do I contact other members?

You search for people you are interested in, click on their name and (provided you are a paid premium member), you can send them a private message. Free memberships do not allow you to contact anyone (or be contacted).

First, retrieve your password and make sure you are entering the correct information. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so be sure to type it in exactly how it is shown in the email.

No. All sales are final, and there are absolutely no refunds whatsoever. The membership is a lifetime membership-- if you do not find anyone you want to contact right now, try back again in a few weeks. There are always new people signing up.
