Frequently Asked Questions
1. I paid the fee and have not been upgraded.
It may take up to 48 hours after you submit
payment for your membership to be upgraded.
2. I'm not receiving the confirmation email.
Check your spam/bulk folder for the confirmation email, especially if you're using Yahoo or Hotmail.
If you still can't find the email, let us know and we'll confirm you manually.
3. I'd like to cancel my account.
You must log in to your account and click the link under Edit Profile that says "Close Account". We will not do this for you.
